These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and to any enquiry sent to Verdaflow ("Verdaflow," "we," "our," or "us").
They are general website terms only. They do not, by themselves, start a project, confirm a price, or create a supply or construction contract.
1. What this page covers
This page covers how you use the Verdaflow website, how enquiries are handled, and how we communicate with you.
It does not replace drawings, specifications, quotations, purchase orders, work orders, or a signed service agreement.
2. The agreement that governs the work
Any landscaping, automatic irrigation, outdoor water feature, M.E.P., fire protection, or trading engagement is subject to the written documents issued for that job. That may include a quotation, proposal, purchase order, work order, or signed agreement.
If this page and a written project agreement disagree, the written project agreement applies.

3. Enquiries
Submitting a form, calling, or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for information. It does not mean we have accepted the work, reserved a slot, or locked a price.
You are responsible for giving us accurate project details. We may accept, decline, or ask for more information before we quote.
4. Quotations
A quotation is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. It stays valid only for the period stated on the quote, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Scope, site access, soil and water conditions, plant availability, imported materials, authority approvals, and client-requested changes can affect cost and programme. Anything not listed in the approved quote is extra.
5. Payments, variations, and site work
Payment terms, deposits, retention, warranties, testing, handover, and maintenance are those set out in the project documents. If those documents are silent, we will confirm terms in writing before work or supply starts.
Work outside the approved scope is a variation. Variations may change both cost and timeline. Delays in payment, approvals, or site access may pause or cancel the work.
6. Website content
Text, photographs, and project images on this website are for general understanding. They are examples of the kind of work we do. They are not a guarantee of the same result on every site.
7. Privacy
Information you send through this website is handled under our Privacy Policy. Once a project is underway, use of drawings, site information, and contact details is also subject to that project agreement.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
If a dispute arises from website use or an enquiry, we will try to settle it by discussion first. If that fails, it is subject to the competent courts of Kuwait, unless a signed project agreement says otherwise.
